  • I partner with universities and teacher preparation programs to offer field-based support, including mentoring, evaluation of teacher residents, and guest sessions on classroom culture and instructional planning. With firsthand experience as a teacher resident and mentor, I bring a perspective that aligns academic preparation with real classroom expectations.

  • I design and facilitate PD workshops that are reflective, interactive, and built around your school’s most urgent needs. Topics include building inclusive school culture, trauma-informed instruction, and practical strategies for instructional leadership. I aim to shift practice—not just theory—so your teams leave with tools they can apply immediately.
